Biography
Diethard Mahorka studied electronics & communications engineering at the HTBLuVA St. Poelten, 1987 and finished industrial engineering and management at the University of Applied Sciences, Mittweida with his diploma degree in 2008.
Diethard started with his first job at Philips Industrie GmbH, Vienna, developing hardware of video recording systems.
After this start, Diethard switched to software and moved to the SIEMENS AG Österreich. As member of the software development team, Diethard focused on developing the ISDN capable number 7 signaling
system protocol TUP+ and its interworking to ISDN (ISUP) red/bluebook for the Deutsche Telekom. Diethard was member of the pioneering team at Siemens taking the first international european
ISDN connection into operation successfully connecting Germany and France.
Experienced in ISDN technology, Diethard moved to the Bank Austria AG, working on software development for networking infrastructure based on IBM OS/2 operating system.
From there, Diethard jumped into the free fall entrepreneur ship setting up his company DATAPLUS – Diethard Mahorka together with his wife in 1994. Still working as consultant for the Bank Austria
AG, Diethard started offering know how in communication technologies with focus ISDN.
In 1998 Diethard started developing hardware and software of an ISDN board. The project was funded by the
Forschungsförderungsfonds, FFF. The company proceeded in growth and Diethard founded DATASOFT Systems GmbH.
Developing its business with OEM customers, DATASOFT won its first project integrating its ISDN protocol stack software for a leading Taiwan company.
In 1999 BEKO ING. P. Kotauczek GmbH contracted DATASOFT with the development of a powerline device enabling internet from the socket. The project was finished successfully and was one of the world wide first in-house powerline devices enabling internet from the socket.
In series, Diethard managed successfully various embedded system designs. This developments where focusing in the field of ISDN PC boards, a/b (POTS) for voice recording systems as well as switch
solutions and reference designs for customers as Schrack Seconet, Vienna, Philips Seminconductors (now NXP), Gratkorn, Austria, Infineon (now Lantiq), Munich, Germany.
In succession Diethard started the internet from the socket development in DATASOFT for mass market production with CE and FCC approval. As known, this design was one of the first powerline device
for the world market providing both CE and FCC approval operating concurrently within a voltage bandwith of 90V-250V. This project was a great technical success in 2001 with first licenses to EPRI
China. The development got honored with the award of innovation by the state of Lower Austria.
In 2002, Diethard managed the development of a residential gateway reference design based on moving code middleware technology enabling internet from the socket by routing data from ISDN trunks to the in-house powerline network. This project was finished successfully and showed the proof of concept of its cross platform moving code middleware software innovation.
In 2003 DATASOFT changed its business model becoming a tool provider. However, this decission had major impact. The project couldn't get financed. DATASOFT became insolvent and disappeared from the
market in 2004.
In 2005 Diethard moved to WindRiver/Intel, Germany, world market leader in embedded realtime operating systems. Diethard was contracted managing embedded systems development projects on time and
within budget parameters in local and distributed teams cross Europe.
In 2006 Diethard moved to Frequentis AG, Vienna, world market leader in communcations solutions for air traffic management systems in division public transport & international project management
managing projects successfully in the rail market on time and within budget parameters with high customer satisfaction.
In 2008 Diethard managed the development of an ISDN BRI load generator for Frequentis. This
development was based on Diethards ISDN stack environment. The project got finished successfully on time and within given quality and budget parameters.
Diethard was successfully engaged within the Frequentis wide project representing Frequentis internal customer service division to support defining a tool based automization of the agenda of project
managers as well as in terms of financial analysis.
In 2009 Diethard left Frequentis and founded a spiritual platform labeled OneHeart Technologies at the beginning of 2010. Diethard successfully finished this emotional project in 2011 with new
findings leading to the creation of a paradigmatic thesis about the existence of a genetics of the human emotional body called - Emogenetics® enabling inheritance of memories of emotions from one
life to another.
Diethard likes skating, biking, swimming and playing soccer in the SC Melk senior soccer team in summer and fitness studio in the cold winter time. He enjoys nature, sacred geometry, astro/physics and innovative thinking.
